Software licenses (digital content)

- Before the license key is sent, you may cancel your order at any time for a full refund by e-mailing info@texelcraft.ee.

- Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because licenses are digital content supplied immediately, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the license key has been delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). Please use the free 14-day trial to confirm compatibility first.

- If the software does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 30 days of your report, we will refund the purchase price in full.

Support packages and time-limited licenses

- Time-limited licenses and support packages do not renew automatically, so no cancellation is needed at the end of the term.

- A multi-year support package may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no support work has started; after that, unused full years are refunded pro rata.

Software development services

- Cancellation terms are set out in each written quotation. Work already performed up to the date of cancellation is charged.

How to request a refund

E-mail info@texelcraft.ee with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
