1. Seller
These Terms govern purchases from www.texelcraft.ee, operated by TexelCraft OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 14680895, with its registered address at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia ("TexelCraft", "we"). Contact: info@texelcraft.ee.
2. Products and services
We sell (a) licenses for Windows software (Easy DICOM Viewer, ImageJ for Japanese, FMVizCalc, Lesion Analyzer "WatchinGGO"), (b) research support and program customization packages, and (c) software development services quoted individually. Product descriptions and prices are shown on each product page. All software is provided for research use only; it is not a medical device and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment or clinical decision-making.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros (EUR). Any applicable VAT is shown at checkout before payment. Payment is made at checkout by credit/debit card or by bank transfer against an invoice. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Software licenses are delivered electronically: the license key is sent to the e-mail address given at checkout, normally within two (2) business days of payment. The software itself is downloaded from this website. Development and support services are delivered according to the written quotation agreed with the customer.
5. Free trial
A 14-day trial of downloadable products is available free of charge so customers can confirm compatibility before purchase.
6. License
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, one license is valid for one Windows PC. The software may not be resold, sublicensed or reverse-engineered. Time-limited licenses expire at the end of their term and do not renew automatically.
7. Refunds and cancellation

8. Warranty and liability
We will correct or replace software that does not substantially perform as described. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights consumers have under mandatory law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled by Harju County Court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's country of residence.
